Today, we had the opportunity to engage in an open and relaxed discussion with local influencers about making Suwa Kindergarten an even more vibrant and appealing place for the future.

One key takeaway from our conversation was a simple yet essential idea: “A kindergarten should be created by the community, nurtured by the community, and loved by the community.” We want to cherish this belief as we shape the path ahead.

As a first step, we decided to explore the idea of establishing an “open community space” during the spring graduation season. There may not be fancy café lattes, but it will be a place where teachers, parents, and local residents can casually gather and engage in meaningful conversations. After all, word-of-mouth spreads most naturally through these small, everyday interactions.

今日は、諏訪幼稚園の未来をより豊かで魅力的なものにするため、地域のインフルエンサーの方々と、肩の力を抜いて気軽に語り合う場を持つことが出来ました。

話し合いの末にたどり着いたのは、**「幼稚園は地域がつくり、地域が育て、地域に愛されるもの」**であるべきだという、ごく自然な結論。その想いを大切にしながら、これからの園づくりを考えていきたいと思います。

その一歩として、春の卒園シーズンに**「オープンな交流の場」**を設けることを検討することになりました。おしゃれなカフェラテは出ないかもしれないが、先生や親御さん、地域の方々が気軽に集まり、何気ない会話を交わせる場になればと思う。口コミというのは、そうした自然な交流の中から生まれ、ゆっくりと広がっていくものかもしれません。
