午前中に岐阜市広報の拡声器から、大音量で周知が流れてきました。

「不要普及の外出を避け、戸締りをしっかりしましょう」

午前7時過ぎから地域の連絡網にて、幼稚園には事態について連絡があり、

早急な対応に明け暮れしました。

保護者には直ちに連絡を行い、登園前の方は登園を控えた子もいました。

すでに登園している子どもたちについては、

都度、地域の連絡を確認し、状況を把握しつつ、

最終的に、保護者さまへ「緊急時における園児引渡し」を行いました。

全ての子どもたちを無事に親ご様に引き渡せるまで、

保育者は、緊張と不安な時間を過ごしました。

午後には、警察官が巡回に来て、様子を聞いてくださり、

ありがたいなと感謝‍

奇遇にも

巡回してくださった白バイ️の警察官は、

十何年振りで会うことができた✨卒園生✨

今回の件で、偶然この地区の巡回担当とのこと。

私たちが知る姿は幼稚園児のままで止まっており、

大人になったその姿に、胸がいっぱいになりました

Now, before you start thinking I’m trying to be a philosopher, hear me out. A kindergarten is a fascinating place. Children learn through play, while adults watch over them and contemplate life. There are tears, laughter, and—on occasion—intense negotiations over territorial disputes in the sandbox.

In a way, it’s a miniature version of life itself.

And here at Suwa Kindergarten, we are embarking on an exciting new journey to make this miniature world even better.

For over 70 years, our kindergarten has been nurturing the growth of children in this community. Like the gentle flow of the Nagara River, we have adapted to the changing times while preserving the core values that matter most.

But the world keeps evolving. Education evolves. Even the taste of homemade miso soup changes (though, let’s be honest, we’d rather it didn’t). The environment surrounding children today is shifting—quietly, yet undeniably.

That’s why we are taking a bold step forward. Under the philosophy of “Balancing Tradition and Innovation,” we are committed to preserving what’s great about our kindergarten while introducing new approaches to prepare children for the future.
